The SR Companies seeks a caring Resident Care Aide to support residents and families, assisting with activities of daily living, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal service, and light housekeeping, while promoting independence and dignity.

You will engage residents with empathy, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe environment, follow policies including HIPAA, and respond promptly to requests.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide dining room assistance during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Support housekeeping and laundry as needed to maintain a clean environment.
• Observe health changes and report to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, dignified atmosphere for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Respond promptly to requests from residents, families, or visitors and communicate clearly.
