Job summary

The SR Companies is seeking a compassionate caregiver to enhance the SRIM experience by assisting residents with daily living activities and personal care in a dignified, respectful manner. You will interact with residents, families, visitors, and staff, promoting independence while upholding the golden rule.

Responsibilities include dining assistance, light housekeeping, laundry, and participation in activity calendars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related care experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Provide dining room assistance for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Support housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Engage residents in leisure activities and follow the activity calendar.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and associates; maintain HIPAA compliance.
