Job summary
Copper Creek Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide daily living assistance and support to residents per their Individual Service Plans. You will work under supervision to monitor health, assist with activities, and participate in wellness programs in a residential senior living community.
The role requires ensuring safety, maintaining records, and collaborating with the health and wellness team to deliver dignified care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and caregiver experience desired.
- CNA certification preferred and CEUs as required by State.
- CPR and First Aid certification or achieved within 30 days if required by State Standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) per ISP.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition promptly to supervisor.
- Record medications and vital signs as directed by policy.
- Assist in fall prevention, safety, rehab and wellness programs for residents.
- Respond to resident call lights promptly and maintain communication with care team.
- Administer and manage medications under supervision of Health and Wellness Director.
