Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston, TX is seeking a Resident Care Specialist - CNA to deliver daily nursing care to residents across short-term and long-term care settings, under supervision.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, toileting, mobility, and documentation, while upholding privacy and dignity. Requirements: HS diploma, active Texas CNA certification, and LTC experience preferred. This is full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification to practice in the state.
• 2 years’ long-term care experience preferred.
• Computer literacy in Outlook and Office required.
• Demonstrates leadership, organization, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under supervision of a nurse.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and hygiene.
• Take vital signs and monitor resident status.
• Restock rooms, change linens, and position residents properly.
• Document care in accordance with policies.
