Job summary

Paycom seeks a dedicated nursing assistant to provide direct care to clients in accordance with individualized care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, meals, mobility, and basic housekeeping, under RN delegation for medications.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining safety, and supporting residents during appointments and daily routines. Must have CNA certification and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform essential tasks.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA license and FBI background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care per care plan for activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal care and grooming.
• Assist with bathroom care and toileting.
• Assist with medications as ordered by physician and delegated by RN.
• Assist with meals, nutrition, and basic food prep.
• Accompany client to doctor appointments and run errands as directed.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry in resident rooms and common areas.
