Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized resident care in a supervised setting. You will support daily living activities, promote independence, and maintain residents’ dignity while following care plans.

You will report health changes to the clinical team and engage with residents and families to ensure a positive and compassionate experience. Compliance with privacy rules is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate compassionate, loving care and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and family members to create a positive experience.
• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy rules for resident information.
