Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under supervision in a Virginia facility. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, and ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity.

You will document care, report changes promptly, and collaborate with nursing staff to support high-quality resident care in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Current, valid Nurse Aide certification issued by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care as defined by the job description and as directed by supervisor.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor immediately.
• Record vital signs and care provided in EMR or paper chart.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene, toileting, mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals, assist with feeding and record intake.
• Maintain tidiness and safety in resident rooms.
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control procedures and regulatory guidelines.
