Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as per state laws.

• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information to managers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and during care activities.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures.
• Follow facility policies on blood/body fluids exposure and safety procedures.
• Assist with daily activities including feeding, grooming, mobility, and transfers as needed.
