Avery Village in Winterville, GA is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Provider to support residents with daily living activities, ensure safety, and foster a sense of community. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, document care in EMR, and collaborate with clinical staff to maintain dignity and quality of life for residents.

• Understanding of state and federal regulations for assisted living.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe residents’ physical and mental conditions, report changes to the clinical team, and document care provided.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities, promoting socialization and emotional well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds, tidying rooms, and ensuring cleanliness of resident areas.
• Support residents during mealtimes, including feeding assistance when necessary, and monitor dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Act swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure resident safety.
• Accurately record resident care activities and observations in EMR or other documentation systems.
• Work closely with management, nursing staff, and other care providers to ensure holistic and continuous care for residents.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Director of Clinical Services.
