Job summary

• Assist with light housekeeping and ensure clean resident areas.
• Support meals and monitor dietary restrictions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies per protocols to ensure safety.
• Accurately document care in EMR or required systems.
• Collaborate with management, nursing staff, and other care providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
