Avery Village Senior Living in Georgia is seeking a Full-time/Part-time Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our Resident Care team. We are looking for an individual who is devoted, compassionate, self-motivated, and passionate about their chosen career.

This role involves administering medications, documenting care, monitoring residents, and assisting with ADLs while maintaining a warm, supportive environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active State Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per orders.
• Document meds and treatments in MAR/eMAR systems.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to leadership.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers.
