Job summary

Country Village is seeking compassionate Resident Care Providers to join our team in Georgia. We have both full-time and part-time positions across all shifts, focusing on dignified, person-centered care for our residents.

You will assist with daily personal care, help maintain a clean and comfortable living environment, and support social and dining activities to promote overall well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in senior living or caregiving preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform daily caregiving tasks with compassion and attentiveness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A heart for working with seniors and a commitment to providing dignified care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Engage residents in activities and social programs to promote well-being.
• Deliver meal trays, assist with feeding when necessary, and help set up the dining room.
• Respond promptly to call lights and provide compassionate assistance.
• Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes to the appropriate team members.
