Peregrine Senior Living in Guilderland, NY is seeking an energetic Resident Care Aide/Medication Assistant to support memory-impaired residents with daily tasks and medications. This full-time role offers a 7am–3pm shift and a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred or as required by law.
• One year experience in a caregiving capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Maintain and document proper records of care.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor promptly.
• Encourage participation in community activities and preserve residents' dignity.
