Job summary

CONCORDIA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support per the resident care plan. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, protecting patient privacy, and reporting health changes to supervisors on shift.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, documenting vitals and care, and aiding with transfers and mobility under supervision. A valid CNA license and CPR are preferred; 10th grade education minimum required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisors.
• Greet residents and escort them to their rooms.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care as trained.
• Assist with transferring, lifting, and positioning residents.
