Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role involves daily living activities, care plan execution, and documenting services provided in a compassionate setting.

Shifts run 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am. CNA/HHA required with CPR/First Aid eligibility. Benefits include medical, life, disability, 401(k), PTO, EAP, and voluntary options.

Qualifications

• Compassion and a desire to serve residents.
• Ability to fulfill physical and emotional needs of residents.
• CNA or HHA certification required; CPR/First Aid preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and monitor care per individualized plans.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform routine rounds to ensure needs are met per care plan.
• Document daily care activities and report concerns promptly.
• Foster a respectful, homelike environment for residents and families.
