LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support elders with personal care and therapeutic activities, while upholding dignity and independence. You will follow approved service plans, document services, and participate in ongoing training.

The role involves assisting with medications per state rules, coordinating with nursing staff, and facilitating cognitive and social activities to enrich residents' daily lives.

Formación

• Must have completed the course for certified nursing assistant or equivalent training.
• CPR and First Aid training as mandated by State Regulation.
• Computer literacy to document services and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide for the needs of residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with medications according to State Regulation and document entries.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and therapeutic programming.
• Monitor changes in health status and report to RN promptly.
• Maintain clean, orderly living units and assist with dining, bathing, dressing, grooming.
