Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily resident care, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate clearly with other staff and Health Care Director about urgent needs and concerns.
• Demonstrate ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.
