Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant in a senior living community or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web platforms, and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, and nutrition.
• Respond to signal lights or intercom to assess resident needs promptly.
• Record temperature, vitals, intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and dining assistance.
• Support residents in activities and community life; report observations to care team.
