Job summary

Ebenezer is seeking a compassionate caregiver for The Sanctuary at Brooklyn Center Senior Living in Brooklyn Center, MN. You will provide personal care and health-related services to residents, supporting daily living activities and safety under the direction of licensed staff.

Qualifications

Less than 1 year of experience.
Ability to use computers, handheld devices, cell phones, and fax machines.
If under 18 must be on the MN NA registry and site must manage restrictions that they cannot pass medications or operate a mechanical lift.

Responsibilities

Assists residents with personal cares including bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting.
Provides health-related services under RN direction, including monitoring blood glucose.
Administers medication or assists under RN supervision and records vital signs.
Performs laundry and maintains cleaning schedule per shift.
Delivers meals and assists with meal service in the dining room.
Observes residents and reports changes to appropriate staff; responds to emergencies.
