Job summary

Benedictine Living Community in Saint Peter, MN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant who is confident, detail-oriented and self-sufficient. You will support residents with daily living activities, help maintain their personal environment, and build meaningful relationships through compassionate, respectful care.

You will document observations, assist with onboarding of new Associates, and work with a warm, mission-driven team to provide exceptional senior care.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
