Job summary

Qualifications

• Direct care experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for activities of daily living for residents.
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and mealtime service.
• Support residents with transfers, hygiene, dressing, and bathing.
• Record vital signs and document information per policy.
• Prepare residents for dining and assist as needed with feeding.
• Maintain a clean med room and report equipment needs.
• Complete shift reports and communicate resident status to staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
• Operate within resident rights and community policies.
