Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant must be in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and assist residents with activities of daily living as per care plans.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transporting residents safely.
• Assist with dining services, meal delivery, and intake documentation.
• Document weights and monitor skin condition; report changes to nurse.
• Record flow sheets and communicate issues to supervisor.
