Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide attentive resident care in a long-term care setting, following care plans and facility policies. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal services, and documenting intake.

Requirements include active CNA license or in good standing, high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, Food Handler Permit, and preferably one year of long-term care experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Support nursing staff and other team members as needed.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and positioning residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery and feeding assistance.
• Document meal intake and resident weight changes as required.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse and supervisor.
