Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and documentation per care plans and facility policies.

The role requires CNA certification in good standing, CPR/BLS, a Food Handler Permit, and at least one year of long-term care experience; ability to work 6a–6p shifts as a full-time shower aide is needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and Food Handler Permit.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide CNA services to residents per care plans and policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Assist with mobility, positioning and transfers.
• Coordinate dining services and assist with meals, tray delivery, and intake documentation.
• Document meal intake and weight changes; report to nurse.
• Support skin integrity and toileting programs; complete flow sheets daily.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in QA/PI activities.
