Job summary

Wellington Place Meadows in Fort Atkinson, WI, is seeking a Resident Assistant (CBRF) to provide direct care and support for residents needing daily living assistance. Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, mobility aid, and health monitoring in a homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check, caregiver background check and drug test.
• Compassionate, self-motivated individual.
• Must have transportation to and from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident care.
• Observe residents and alert staff to changes.
• Offer conversation and companionship.
• Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker.
• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Assist with feeding.
• Perform light cleaning & linen changes.
