Qualifications

• Must be CBRF certified in good standing in Wisconsin.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support and personal care.
• Assist with medications according to physician orders and state regulations.
• Observe residents for changes and report promptly to nursing staff.
• Engage residents in daily activities and wellness initiatives.
• Maintain clean, safe living spaces and follow safety protocols.
• Document care in the EHR prior to shift handoff.
• Adhere to DHS 83 CBRF and HIPAA guidelines.
