Wellington Place at Fort Atkinson is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide direct care and support in a 20-bed CBRF setting. You will assist with personal care, meal support, mobility, and monitoring health and safety while documenting changes for the care team.

Flexible schedules with part-time or full-time status, shift differentials for PM and NOC, and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a caring attitude towards residents and exercise good judgment in all situations.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check, caregiver background check and drug test.
• Compassionate, self-motivated individual.
• Must have transportation to and from the facility.

Position: Resident Assistant - CBRF
Location: Wellington Place at Fort Atkinson - 200 S. Water St., Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin
Status: Part-Time or Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday - rotating weekends and holidays - Flexible scheduling to work with your schedule

Shifts: AM 6:00am-2:00pm | PM 2:00pm-10:00pm | NOC 10:00pm-6:00am

Job Summary:
As a Resident Assistant in a Community-Base Residential Facility (CBRF), you will provide direct care and support to residents who need assistance with daily living. This includes helping with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), meal support, and mobility assistance. The role also involves monitoring residents’ health and safety, documenting care, and communicating changes to the care team. Resident Assistants promote independence, dignity, and a homelike environment while following Wisconsin CBRF regulations and facility policies.

Compensation:

• Starting $16.00 an hour, dependent on experience and education
• Shift differentials: Additional $.50 per hour for PM Shift and $1.00 per hour for NOC Shift
