Qualifikationen

• Must hold Wisconsin CBRF certification and related meds/admin/Fire Safety/First Aid & Choking qualifications.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting a team.
• Basic computer literacy for EHR and shift logs.

Aufgaben

• Provide ADL support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, meals, and nutrition monitoring.
• Administer medication reminders and track vital signs per orders and policies.
• Report health observations promptly to the Charge Nurse or AL Director.
• Foster resident engagement in daily activities and social events.
