Qualifications

• Must hold RA-Resident Assistant- CBRF certification in Wisconsin.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic care charting and shift logs.
• Proactive, reliable team player with ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support and personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, incontinence care).
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning using proper body mechanics.
