Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles in providing services.
• Adequate and clear English speaking and writing ability; able to communicate effectively.
• Organizes and utilizes time appropriately toward accomplishing assigned tasks; requires minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to philosophy of dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and gives report from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Assists with ADL’s, mobility assistance, and environmental orientation.
• Sets up, serves meals, and cleans up afterwards.
• Notifies nurse or designated agents of status changes as appropriate.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
