Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide Resident services and assist with daily living activities in a warm, home-like environment. Responsibilities include bathing assistance, meal service, documentation, and adherence to safety and infection control procedures.

Qualified candidates will have strong English communication, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and a willingness to uphold assisted living principles.

Qualifications

• Adequate and clear English speaking and writing ability.
• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; 35 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and a home-like environment for Residents.
• Receives and gives reports from the previous shift.
• Reviews assignments with Designated Supervisor.
• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up afterwards.
• Provides services per Resident service plans, including bathing, toileting, transfer, and mobility assistance.
• Maintains infection control procedures and a clean, safe environment.
• Observes and communicates changes in Resident status or needs to appropriate staff.
