Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in the state.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret guidelines; ability to write reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort while upholding privacy.
