Job summary

Lakeshore Village in is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans. You will support residents with daily living activities, document care details, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting with meals, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. Adherence to policies and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a CNA license and be able to perform routine nursing tasks under supervision.
• High school education or equivalent (minimum 10th grade).
• Ability to document care accurately and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before procedures using wristbands or photo cards.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care per care plans.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and care details accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with policies.
• Prepare rooms, greet residents, and assist with transfers as needed.
• Assist with meals, dishes, and assisting with feeding as required.
• Observe for pressure injuries and report skin issues promptly.
