Job summary

The Lakeland Rehab and Healthcare Center in Indiana is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care and support with daily living activities. You will assist with meals, personal hygiene, mobility, and vital signs while ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required by state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Assist with personal hygiene and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation, turning and positioning.
• Monitor vitals and document intake/output.
• Ensure resident comfort by responding to calls and observing needs.
• Complete forms, logs and records.
• Protect privacy and HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Follow policies, procedures and regulatory standards (e.g., JCAHO).
• Pursue ongoing education and maintain licensure.
