Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate environment. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, respond to resident needs, document care, and help with activities of daily living while maintaining resident dignity and independence.

The role involves assisting with therapies, meals, and care plans under licensed supervision, in a setting that emphasizes person-centered care and safety.

Qualifications

• Missouri: Current CNA certification.
• Illinois: Current CNA certification.
• PA: Enrollment or eligibility for PA nurse aide registry within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and comfort, per scope of practice.
• Respond to call lights and requests; report observations to nurse.
• Support residents’ dignity; encourage independence where possible.
• Document care in the clinical record and participate in care plans.
• Assist with mealtimes and feeding for residents needing full help.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
