Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required or in training
• Experience with elderly care an asset
• Knowledge of HIPAA and resident privacy standards

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities in a respectful, patient-centered manner
• Support meals, mobility, and personal care
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and confidential environment
• Respond to call lights promptly and document appropriately
