Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in Activities Department or healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience working with seniors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging environment for residents.
• Document resident participation and engagement in activities.
• Plan, develop, and implement recreational and social programs.
• Build relationships and encourage participation based on interests and abilities.
• Collaborate with the care team to support resident goals.
• Assist with community events and activity setup/breakdown.
• Escort or transport residents to activities when needed.
