Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Winona invites applications for a Resident Assistant (Part-Time) to support residents with daily living activities, maintain clean and safe living spaces, and document observations. This role covers days and evenings, with occasional weekend shifts and a 0.58 FTE schedule.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
