Job summary

The Harbor at Peace Village is seeking caring Resident Assistants to support seniors in daily activities, mobility, and enriching engagement. Training provided for medication administration, with emphasis on independence and dignity.

Shifts include mornings, evenings, and overnights; part-time and casual/on-call options available. Starting wage ranges from $19 to $25 per hour, with benefits for larger schedules including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or CNA/HHA certification is a plus.
• Must pass background check.
• Reliable, compassionate and patient with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily personal tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and life enrichment activities.
