Job summary

The Heritage is hiring Resident Assistants who do more than provide care — they help residents live with dignity in a warm, respectful home. You’ll assist with daily activities, support safety, and foster meaningful connections with residents and their families.

No prior caregiving is required; training is provided. We offer weekly pay, competitive wages, annual raises, recognition, and a supportive leadership team. Flexible shifts include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) promoting dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
• Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
• Create a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and families.
• Follow procedures during emergencies or changes in resident condition.
• Support a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet resident needs.
