Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Monitor residents and report changes to leadership.
• Encourage engagement in activities, programs and events.
• Follow care plans to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping.
