Qualifications

• Must complete personal care direct care staff training and competency within 14 days of hire.
• Must successfully complete Agency-provided resident assistant training during the introductory period.

Responsabilités

• Reviews and completes daily assignments, determining priorities and budgets time.
• Provides residents with adequate nutrition and hydration.
• Assists with ambulation and comfort care for severely ill residents.

Connaissances

Proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills

General knowledge of assigned department’s operations

CPR certified

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent
