Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a caring, empowering environment. You will build meaningful relationships while providing assistance and observation of residents under established training programs.

Role requires 18+ years old, BLS certification, and ability to read, write, and communicate in English. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• BLS Certification is required or must be obtained.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The RA provides observation and documentation.
• The RA assists with onboarding of new Associates.
