Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate support to residents with daily living activities and to observe and document care processes. You will help with onboarding of new associates and ensure safety of residents while maintaining a clean, respectful living environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, communicates effectively in English, and possesses BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Ability to observe and document care processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and maintain their environment.
• Provide observation and documentation of resident care.
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates.
• Complete and maintain required medication administration training and competencies.
