Job summary

Benedictine invites a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team in the upper Midwest. You will support residents with daily living activities, observe and document care, and help onboard new Associates, ensuring safety and personalized attention.

A focus on communication and reliability is essential. Requirements include completing medication administration training, being at least 18 to operate lift equipment, and maintaining BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Supports residents with daily living activities and maintains their personal environment.
• Observes and documents resident care.
• Onboards new Associates to the team.
• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills; read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification is required.

Responsibilities
