Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a compassionate setting. You will help maintain residents’ environments and document observations while building meaningful relationships with those you assist.

Strong communication, English proficiency, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential; BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
