Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, maintain their personal environment, and document observations. You will help onboard new Associates and participate in a caring, community-focused culture across the organization.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, multitasking ability, and English proficiency. Compliance training and BLS certification are required to ensure safe, patient-centered care for

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
