Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing education, competency validation, and unit-based quality improvement.
