Fusion Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN/LPN to provide skilled nursing care to residents in a supportive, family-friendly environment. Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team members in planning and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and condition.
• Records observations in patient charts.
• Maintains safe and comfortable environmental conditions.
• Assists with unit management and may assume charge as assigned.
