Qualifications

• Must be a Massachusetts RN in good standing with an active license.
• General hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor and oversee day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure delivery of high-quality care to residents.
• Maintain communication with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide a supportive care environment.
• Ensure compliance with facility standards, HIPAA regulations, and current federal, state, and local guidelines.
